How can I order the product?
The official Supply Contract document forms an annex to our offer. After the contract has been duly signed and sent back to us, our service process starts: we issue a proforma invoice on 30% of the product’s value and after the receipt of the amount, the preparations for delivery (basic products) or the manufacturing (individual products) start. After the completion of the products, we send a proforma invoice on the outstanding 70%. What payment methods can I choose from?
You can pay for your purchase order placed on our website by bank transfer. How long does it take to receive my ordered product?
The exact delivery deadline is specified in both the offer and the contract. In case of products on stock, delivery takes place within 5 business days from the placement of order and financial settlement, while products manufactured for individual orders are delivered within 60 business days.
How will I receive the ordered products?
The ordered products are delivered between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays by courier service. The customer service of GLS can give you information on the exact time of delivery.
Is there guarantee for my ordered products?
Of course, there is a 1-year guarantee for each delivered product.
What should I do if the delivered product is defective?
If the delivered product is defective, incomplete or damaged, a report can be drawn up in presence of the courier and the product can be returned if so justified by the defect. In this case, in order to ensure the investigation of the defect and prompt action, the Consumer must notify the customer service and send the report drawn up. What should I do if the product becomes defective while being used?
In the event where the product becomes defective for the first time, we will repair it within 8 days from the return of the product; if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a product (free from defect) with identical specification to the original one within another 21 days.
